Rights and Obligations
Our customers have the right to send back defected or non conforming article, as all the costs will be taken by Italia-fashion. You have to communicate any problems in the frames of 24 hours after you received the item. Italia-fashion doesn’t take the responsibility for destroyed item during transportation.
In case it is needed to change a wrong size, all the costs for the second shipment will be taken by the customer.
The bought articles will be sent in the frames of 24 hours after the receipt of the payment.
In case of non valid data, insert during registration, the customer will be blocked from our system, immediately after the verification of the fraud.
The incorrect customers can be put on trial.
An answer of all questions made through e-mails will be sent in the same working day (if it is sent before lunch time) or until the morning of the next day (if the e-mail is sent in the afternoon of the previous day).
Our working week starts from Monday and finish Friday excluding the official holidays. Our working day starts at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 6 p.m.
