EXCHANGE OF NON-CONFORMING GOODS
In case you receive an article with visible defects, wrong product or a product non-conforming with the description, you can contact us by e-mail in the frames of 24 hours after the receipt of the goods, describing the problem or the non-conformance. In this case you have to send it back to us and as soon as we receive it in our warehouse, we will send you at our expense a new article, conforming with the description. You will receive the address of our warehouse by e-mail. Refunds are not possible.
In case of a problem, caused during the transportation, without a fault of Italia Fashion L.T.D. – destroyed article, lost or delayed delivery, the responsibility has to be taken by the courier company.
EXCHANGE OF WRONG SIZE
In case you find out that the size you ordered is not suitable, you have to contact us not later than 24 hours after you receive the article, describing the problem and your wish to exchange it with the correct size. In case we have it in our warehouse, we can exchange it, as you will be charged with the expenses for the second shipment. The new article will be sent immediately after we receive the old one and the payment for the second shipment. In case we don-t have available the size that you need, you have the rights to order a new product. Refunds are not possible!
