How to place an order?
To make an order in our on-line shop you have to follow some steps that are explained bellow:
- Registration
In order to have the possibility to use the full list of services of our web shop, or to have the possibility to purchase an article chosen by you and to be included in the list of our special clients, you have to make a registration. You can do it clicking on the Registration button that is situated on the top right corner. Our new customers have to fulfill their sex, name, surname, correct address and telephone number. In case your country doesn’t appear in the list, you have to click on “Other” and to right it manually. As soon as you click on button “Registration” will appear a message telling you that your registration was successfully made. You will receive via e-mail a password and you will be asked to open a link. This will be the final step of your registration and you will have a full access to our services.
Your user name is your e-mail address and your password will be sent by e-mail.
- Order
As soon as you enter in our on-line shop with your username and password, you will have the possibility to buy some of our products, as more, you can track the orders that you made and you can change the information typed by you. When you have chosen an article and would like to purchase it, you have to choose your size and the suitable color and then to click on the shopping basket. This way you add the product to your purchases. After you choose the quantity, you have to click on the Order button. Check once again the validity of your address for delivery and choose if you would like to receive an Invoice. After that you chose the way of delivery and the method of payment, you can finish your order. Depending on the method of payment that you have chosen, you can be sent to a different link to realize the payment. You can track the status of your order every time clicking on My orders button on the top right corner of the page.
